Character Package FAQ's

What is included?

Our basic character package consists of a one hour visit from the character of your choice. Within that time-frame, the entertainer will pose for pictures with your camera, be present for the cake cutting, enter with theme music and entertain the guests. The entertainer will arrive to the location with a "handler" in costume and leave in costume. The handler will direct the flow of traffic as needed and assist the entertainer in and out of the location. The birthday child will also receive a free t-shirt.

When should I book?

We suggest booking a time slot 6 weeks in advance of your event to ensure your request can be accommodated.

When booking your time slot, please allow a one-hour window for the performer to arrive. For example if your party is scheduled from 3pm to 6pm, an optimal performance time would be 4pm to 5pm. This gives your guests time to arrive and any other activities to occur before the entertainer's performance time. Because we may have multiple bookings on a single day, starting no later than 30 minutes from your booked time will allow us to reach our next event if needed.

Events longer than one hour will be charged at an additional rate, please inform us of the duration when you book.

What areas do you service?

We service the City of Maricopa, Casa Grande, Florence and surrounding areas. A flat fee of $30 is charged for distances of 30 miles or more from Maricopa, Arizona to your location.

What happens if my child is scared or there are behavior issues?

We understand that seeing the characters in person may be a different experience from watching them on television and in the event that your child becomes anxious or nervous, the entertainer will make every effort to perform from a safe distance that will make the child comfortable. The entertainer will still perform for the remaining guests and no refunds will be issued.

The entertainer has the right to leave the location if inappropriate behavior occurs (pulling parts of costume, hitting, pushing, disrespectful, etc) and no refunds will be issued.

What types of venues do you perform at?

We service all types of venues, however if this is an event with 25 or more guests, please communicate that when booking, so that we may send additional "handlers" to assist the entertainer.

If your event will be held outdoors during the months of May through September, please provide a covered or shaded area as temperatures in the area can be extreme. The entertainer reserves the right to entertain inside if temperatures become unsafe, so please have an alternate location prepared.

What if my entertainer did not exceed my expectations?

We will strive to provide the best experience possible, however in the event any concerns arise during your event, please contact us before the entertainer leaves, so that we may resolve any issues that are present at that time. Once the entertainer has left the location, the assumption is made that services were rendered to your satisfaction. We reserve the right to offer a credit, rather than a refund in extreme circumstances and at our discretion.

Do you offer any discounts?

Time slots that occur Monday through Thursday before 3pm will receive a discount off our normal rates, please inquire at the time of booking.

If you have a non-profit organization and would like to have an entertainer at your event free of charge, we do have limited slots available during the year. These slots must be reserved 8 weeks in advance and are limited depending on availability. When booking, you must provide all event information (date, time, location, number of guests) and submit a valid Tax ID number with organization name, address and contact person. Please submit a first and second choice character request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable for any reason! If you need to reschedule your party we will do our best to accommodate your new date and reschedule up to one year from the original date of service. No refunds will be issued, but we will extend a credit for the remaining amount minus the deposit when you re-book.
